Against a general contractor

OTG carries the material lines and owns the chain from design through installation. One company is accountable for the result — not a GC marking up a supplier and a sub.

Against factory showrooms

Factory-direct pricing without factory overhead, and no house line to push. The specification stays free to follow your job, whatever brand that ends up being.

You do not have to hire us for the install to buy from us. We sell the same materials we use on our own jobs, from our North Highlands location.

Slabs and surfaces

Quartz, granite, marble and porcelain, with fabrication arranged through our partner fabricators if you want the cutting handled too.

Hardware

Sinks, pulls, hinges and fixtures — the parts that decide how a finished kitchen feels day to day.
